This Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms of Service for your use of Astute Ad’s services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. Astute Ads reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from marketing material at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent 

Billing

Your monthly subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term. Astute Ads  will charge your credit card or payment method on the one month anniversary of your last subscription date, unless you cancel your subscription at least one business day before your renewal date. We do not prorate or refund any payments.

Cancellation of service

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Only the credit card holder or persons of record for the account in question will be deemed qualified to start a cancellation or discontinuation process. We require at least 24 hours’ notice before your next billing date in order to discontinue your subscription and/or service. We reserve the right to terminate your access to use our service at any time and without notice to the account holder. We do not issue refunds for partially started billing cycles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Variation of Terms

Astute Ads is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment

Astute Ads shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
